Acceptance of Terms These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ullu Live and Ullu Gold mobile applications and the Algorithm Verse website (together, the "Services"), operated by Algorithm Verse ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region) to use our Services. By using the Services you confirm that you meet this requirement. 3. Accounts - You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. - You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. - We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 4. Subscriptions & Payments - Some features of Ullu Gold and Ullu Live require a paid subscription or in-app purchase, billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. - Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account settings before the renewal date. - Refunds are handled according to the policies of the applicable app store. 5. Content & Conduct - You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a licence to host, display and distribute it within the Services. - You agree not to post unlawful, harmful, infringing, hateful or explicit content where prohibited, and not to harass other users, misuse gifts/coins systems, or attempt to disrupt the Services. - We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these rules. 6. Live Streaming (Ullu Live) Creators streaming on Ullu Live are solely responsible for their streams. Algorithm Verse may moderate, record for safety purposes, or remove streams that violate these Terms or applicable law. 7. Intellectual Property The Services, including the Algorithm Verse, Ullu Live and Ullu Gold names, logos, design and original content, are the property of Algorithm Verse and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. 8. Disclaimers The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. 9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algorithm Verse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. 10. Termination You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users and the platform. 11. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 12.
